The Big Island

This original warbox style home had an outdated kitchen. We added a big 11' kitchen island, 3 rows of cabinets, quartz, new lighting, and new oak floors to turn this home in to a dining and entertainment hub.

"I wanted to fix and remodel my house before putting it on the market. Christian and his team had me only focus on my kitchen and some small cosmetic issues. Ultimately he saved me money on the remodel costs and got me the most money back when I went to market. We closed for $50,000 over asking." -Michael Chewning
